Your player identity
Your sign-in provider is mapped to a separate internal player account. Public usernames identify players in competitive views. Do not impersonate, share access for competitive advantage or use multiple accounts to manipulate rankings.
Security and recovery
Use a strong password and consider an authenticator. Google login and supported email recovery are handled through the authentication provider. Contact Support for unresolved recovery issues without sending credentials or one-time codes.
Privileged accounts
Platform operators use a separate identity from competitive players. Operational access requires server-owned permissions, strong authentication and audit records. It does not grant permission to rewrite results or balances.
Account requests
Submit requests concerning account details, restrictions, privacy or closure through Support. Applicable record-retention duties and integrity requirements are assessed before records are removed or anonymized.
